Cancellation Policy

These are the cancellation terms set out in your Beachside rental agreement — the same terms you accept when you book. The refund you receive depends on how far ahead of check-in you cancel:

Cancel at least 30 days before check-in — full refund.

Cancel within 48 hours of booking — full refund, as long as the cancellation is made at least 14 days before check-in.

Cancel between 15 and 30 days before check-in — 50% of the total for all nights is refunded.

Cancel less than 7 days before check-in — no refund is due; 100% of all nights is charged.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear.
