• Booking details you provide to reserve a suite — your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, number of guests, and any notes or special requests you send us.
• Payment information needed to complete your reservation. Card details are entered during checkout and processed by our booking and payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
• Messages you send through our contact form or by email.
• Technical & usage information collected automatically, such as your browser type, device, IP address, pages viewed, and how you reached the Site. You can browse the Site without submitting personal information.

How we use your information

• To show live availability and pricing, and to process and confirm your reservation.
• To take payment and, where applicable, issue refunds in line with our Cancellation Policy.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide guest support before and during your stay.
• To send booking confirmations, receipts, and essential service messages about your stay.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to measure the performance of our advertising.

Booking & payment processing

Reservations, availability, pricing, and payments are handled through our property management system, GuestWisely (a 365villas white-label service), and its associated payment processors. When you book, the information required to complete your reservation is shared with these providers so they can process it on our behalf, under their own security standards and privacy terms.

Cookies & tracking technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working, remember your search, and understand how the Site is used. With your consent where required, we also use advertising and analytics tools — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) — to measure conversions from our advertising and improve our marketing. These tools may set their own cookies and receive information such as pages viewed and completed bookings. You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies; if you do, some parts of the Site may not function properly.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Site and fulfil your booking — such as our booking and payment providers (GuestWisely / 365villas), our contact-form and email delivery provider, our hosting provider (Vercel), and our analytics and advertising partners (Meta and Google) — and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our guests.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information and booking data. Our Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

Data retention

We keep your booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services, and afterwards only as long as necessary for legitimate business, accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
